Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Woburn

The room was very clean , comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The hotel was quiet at night and the bed comfortable. The continental breakfast had a wide variety of choice. The staff was very friendly. I've been to 5 star hotels that were way below the level of service and comfort of this place. Great bang for the buck here. I absolutely recommend this place.

Great hotel. Room was very clean. I would recommend staying here. The only thing that I didn't like was the breakfast. It was your standard breakfast items but the eggs tasted overcooked. Everything else was good. Parking can be a pain as the lot usually fills up. Every night I had a hard time finding a parking spot even though I had a parking permit. Hotel has about 7 floors. There is a weight room and a treadmill room which are both separate rooms. Indoor pool which I didn't get to try but it looked nice. Fitness area is 24/7

I have used this hotel twice in the past couple of months for an overnight stay before catching the nearby Massport Woburn Express service to Logan Airport for an early morning flight. You can either leave a car on property or drive 2 minutes to the bus stop. This hotel is an "all suite" property with very nice rooms. Every room is a suite with a kitchen! Very clean, very attractive rooms and a great location. I would highly recommend this hotel for an overnight stay to catch an early morning flight. It would also work out great for anyone looking for an extended stay in the area because of the size of the rooms and the amenities offered. Great hotel!

Recently stayed here in late June for a week. Loved the layout of the room except for a few minor things. Would have enjoyed if they put a lamp on the desk. Loved the fact they had an actual shower stall and not a bathtub combination. Being minutes from I-93 and I-95 was great, the food options further south in Woburn was nice as well as having a Target close by for needed food and supplies. Look forward to future trips to the North Reading/Woburn area and will definitely return here for my stays. Was at this facility again for a 10 day business trip and finally got a chance to enjoy their breakfast. The selection varied from day to day with the usual scrambled eggs and sometimes pork sausage or bacon or other items. Also had a few times where they had biscuits and gravy. The selection of muffins were great plus having an option for a fruit cup. Something I typically don't see at other Residence Inn facilities. The front desk crew was great. Even helped me find a nice italian bakery for some delicious treats The only issue i had was that all of a sudden the wifi went from super fast to 10% of what i was seeing prior.

Pool isn’t heated. Pool supervision is not enforced, parents leave their rowdy, disrespectful kids there and disappear. One of the kids threw up in the pool and didn’t tell anyone about it. Hotel is pretty clean and staff is friendly. Sofa beds aren’t comfortable and the room set up makes it awkward to walk around once the bed is open. AC/HEAT really needs the option to be turned on and off, not an automatic setting. The double beds are TINYYYY so get a king. Overall ok stay.

Clean and quiet room, friendly staff, and a GREAT breakfast. Finally a Residence Inn that serves real (not powdered or liquid) eggs, bacon, and fresh fruit! The bathroom will need a facelift soon, but it was clean. The exercise room was small but clean, and both treadmills I used worked fine. Overall, the best Marriott in the Burlington, Bedford, Woburn area that I've stayed in.

The staff was amazing! They were courteous, accommodating and treated us well. They went above and beyond to make sure we were getting the best rate and applied all discounts we would qualify for. The room was exactly what’s expected of the Marriott. It was spacious enough for me and the children, accessible, close to the lobby and elevators to minimize walking and updated.

Great experience here! Kids had a blast, breakfast selection was plentiful and varied and the area clean, service was great. There is no covered drive-in area, though, and parking is tight especially for check-in, but would certainly stay again.
